Q. WHERE DO I HIRE MY RENTAL EQUIPMENT?
There are many different equipment hire places around Falls Creek. We have an affiliation with Central Snow Sports and they are located about 100 metres from the back of our building.
Guests staying at the Country Club receive up to a 10% discount off their normal rental price and their staff will pick up your equipment/clothing at the end of your stay.
Q. DO I NEED TO PRE-BOOK MY RENTALS?
No, it’s not essential to book your gear as Central Snow Sports has a large range of equipment and can accommodate your needs. However, it is reassuring once you have made an advanced booking, especially over the school holidays, to know that your rental equipment is booked.
Q. DO I HAVE TO GET FITTED FOR MY RENTAL EQUIPMENT IF I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
Yes. Everyone must go to Central Snow Sports (or other Ski Hire) to be fitted. They need to make sure that the equipment fits and adjust your binding settings according to your height, weight and skiing ability. Even if you know your boot size, ski size and binding settings, they still need to see you!
