Cancellation Policy (excluding major events)
- If notice of cancellation is received in writing more than 60 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 15% of the total cost.
- If notice of cancellation is received in writing between 30 & 60 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost.
- For those bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the Total Cost will be incurred (that is, there will be no refund).
Low snow, limited lift tickets and lessons for Winter
Whilst we understand some guests may come to enjoy the snow to ski of snowboard, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy.
In the event of low snow coverage, limited lift tickets and/or lessons not being available, our general cancellation policy applies.
Insurance
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover the loss of monies paid in the event of having to cancel your reservation.
Security Bond
Reservations require a Security Bond of a credit card imprint as part of our check-in
Person(s) booking accommodation are responsible for any loss or damage to it. The bond is additional to the cost of the reservation and is fully refundable after departure providing the property is left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition.
Keycards will not be issued until the Security Bond is processed.
FCCC is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted at any time within the apartment, hallways, restaurant or conference area. Smoking is only permitted on balconies, or outside the property. Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning costs of $250.
FCCC Noise Policy: to respect other guests, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am. Excessive noise after hours will not be tolerated; FCCC reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately, without refund.
The number of guests staying in the apartment shall not exceed the number of guests booked and declared on the Guest Registration Card. Should at any time the number of guest in the apartment exceed the number of guests declared, FCCC reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately, without refund.
CHECK IN: 4:00pm
Please Note: Every effort is made to make rooms available as soon as possible; however we cannot guarantee room availability before 4:00pm. Change facilities and luggage storage is available.
CHECK OUT: 10:00am
Check out time is strictly 10am. Late checkouts may be available, subject to Management approval. Keycards to the apartments are to be returned to reception upon departure. A replacement fee of $5.00 shall be charged to the guest account should they not be returned.

All rates and services are subject to change, without notice, at the operator’s discretion. All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
A surcharge applies to all single night reservations.
