Our staff are known for their skills in ensuring every guest is satisfied, helping out with any issues regarding their stay. We can assist our guests with dinner recommendations, activities or simply point them in the right direction for their first day in the snow.
Our Reservations team are available for apartment bookings between 8am and 10pm every day and our online reservations are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Our Reception opening hours are between 8am and 6pm each day during the peak snow season with shortened hours during low season and summer seasons. We are open every day of the year except Christmas Day.
We have 24-hour on-site management and a 24 hour duty manager to ensure the security of guests and attend to urgent after hours emergencies.
